4. Credit Card /
① This website accepts credit cards issued by domestic banks or branches of foreign banks in this country, including VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and UnionPay. Credit cards issued by other foreign banks are not accepted.
② To protect the security of cardholder transactions, after you choose to pay by credit card and fill in your credit card information, our company will verify the information with the credit card center. Only after the verification is correct will the order status show "paid".
③ Please be sure to fill in accurate credit card information; if any false information is found, or if your credit card is used without your permission, our company may suspend or terminate your spending privileges and pursue relevant legal responsibilities.

IV. Freight

Orders are generally shipped from Taiwan proper. Free shipping is available for orders over NT$1000. Orders under NT$150 will incur a shipping fee.
Orders are generally shipped to outlying islands. Free delivery is available for orders over NT$2000. Orders under NT$200 will incur a NT$200 shipping fee.

V. Return Policy

1. Shopping on this website grants you the right to enjoy a seven-day appreciation period from the date of receipt of the goods.
Please note that the appreciation period is not the product trial period. If you need to apply for a return, the product must be in brand new condition and in its original packaging.
2. To apply for a return or exchange of goods, the goods must be kept in their complete condition. If the goods are opened, missing, or damaged, they cannot be returned.
3. When returning goods, please return the goods (including accessories and gifts) together. Please do not stick, write, or damage the goods, as this will render them unsellable. If the returned goods are damaged and unsellable due to human error, the order amount will not be refunded.
4. For normal items returned, our company will charge a return shipping fee of 120-250 yuan depending on the quantity returned. The actual shipping fee will be reported to you by customer service staff based on the return information you submit. This return shipping fee will be collected by the delivery personnel when the returned goods are returned.
5. The return method and time will be confirmed with you by customer service. Please make sure to pack the goods properly to avoid damage during transportation, which may affect your refund rights.
6. Due to differences in screen brands and resolutions, the product photos on this website may have slight color variations. The actual product color shall prevail.
7. If a member is found to frequently return or exchange a large number of items after ordering, or to return items in excessive quantities for reasons other than product issues, this website will, depending on the circumstances, refuse to trade with the member or permanently cancel their membership to reduce the workload for both parties.
8. Currently, exchanges on this website are only available for the same product if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a different product, please return the original product first and then reorder the product you need.

VI. Return and Exchange Process

If you wish to return or exchange the goods within the seven-day inspection period after receiving them, please leave a message in the "Member Area" under "Order Inquiry" to indicate that you wish to return or exchange this order. Please enter the contact person's name, phone number, and reason for return or exchange, and our customer service staff will contact you to provide assistance.

VII. Refund

Once your return and refund application is approved, the money will be refunded to your original payment account or credit card account.
The refund processing time is as follows:

4. Credit Card: After confirming the returned goods have been received, counted, and verified, a refund will be arranged within 14-20 business days.

VIII. Invoice Issuance
